Our partners have invested £3.4 million in our purpose built, state-of-the-art Monitoring Centre , which houses a Category 2 Gold Standard NSI accredited Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

SAS have the facilities to receive a wide range of alarm signals, from Redcare to IP or Dual Path, including intruder, fire, freezer, personal attack and lone worker alarms. This is integral to our ability to offer support to your daily security requirements.

We have a team of consultants available to discuss your security needs. In the event of repeat false alarm activations on your premises, our experts can investigate further, working closely with the installer who will make the necessary changes in the installation, minimising wasted resources.

We have the latest technology to hand to ensure all of our customers receive a modern, efficient, reliable service.

 

 

• Our vehicles are satellite tracked via the control centre, enabling us to keep an eye on the whereabouts of our officers, and are equipped with a secure, auditable system to store your keys safely until they are needed.
• Our officers can use our Proof of Presence technology to provide online, accountable records of the patrols carried out on your premises.
• Using PDAs officers are able to receive their detailed assignment instructions directly from the control centre.
• Access your accounts online and generate reports on all alarm activity across your sites and update key holder information at the touch of a button.
